James also receives significant attention within the real estate community for his experience and relevant advice.

The company has already completed thousands of transactions for thousands of families and investors.

Through the sale of luxury villas to wealthy and famous clients, the rental of exceptional properties and the provision of sound advice to our clients, we plan to expand our activities throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Israel and Greece.

James graduated from the University of Reims, Champagne Ardenne, France with a degree in International Business.

James has held positions as a consultant to strategic accounts of companies like Canon France, Minolta France.

He created his first real estate agency in 2005 in Reunion Island (French Overseas Department) by buying the “Laforet immobilier” franchise, 4 agencies were created.

His company was one of the first agencies in France out of the 900 sales points existing in France and that, in just 3 years.

Throughout his career, James has traveled to over sixty countries on five continents to identify prime properties and conduct numerous multi-million dollar real estate transactions.

Forerunner and visionary, 2023 will see the launch of a platform enabling “Real Estate Tokenization”.

Real estate tokenization is an emerging trend representing the convergence of real estate investment and blockchain technology.

Tokenization helps asset or fund owners raise capital more efficiently, and gives investors unprecedented access to private real estate investment, transparency and liquidity.

He is also constantly dedicated to enriching the profession by creating a center of excellence for the training of international real estate experts and consultants.
