Le logement est celui qui est en 2eme rang par rapport au front de mer et non en premier comme pourrait le laisser penser la photo aérienne.

					We had a fantastic time at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had a nice vibe. The rooftop was a highlight and a great spot to relax with a drink. The pool was also awesome and just ideal for lounging and soaking up the sun. Overall, a great place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

					It was a wonderful holiday, a beautiful villa, with excellent design, modern household appliances. Nearby were the best beaches for family holidays and holidays with children. Deborah was always there and helped us with all questions. If we fly to Mauritius, we will use the services of JSLK only. Deborah, thank you for a wonderful holiday!

					Wir waren zu zweit in der Großen Wohnung mit der riesigen Dachterrasse.

Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr schön und wir haben viel unternommen.

Schöne Strände sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sowie auch ein Supermarkt.

Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde immer schnell reagiert und es war sehr unkompliziert.

					Just wanna say that the host was fantastic. They were so helpful when the wifi would go down or even when we wanted to watch something on the tv, they would come help. The villa was also stunning and so peaceful. We honestly wish we had more time :(

					Die Villa ist ein Traum. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe ins Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön. Alles war makellos sauber. Vielen Dank nochmals an Deborah. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns bei allen Fragen immer schnell und zuverlässig unterstützt. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Villa verbracht und möchten auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.

					We had our family reunion here for 11 days….and wow is all I have to say! The house is simply beautiful! Our family considered of 5 adults and 4 kids. Deborah from the property management company catered to all our needs and was able to help us get everything we needed such as nannies for the kids, personal chef, at home massages, and so much more. She really made us feel at home and took care of everything! The home comes with a daily cleaning service which was also great…gave us that hotel feel! The pool and landscaping were simply gorgeous and everything is well maintained. I highly recommend this home. You’d be a fool not to stay here. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, private patio and AC!!! We also felt very safe in a gated community with 24/7 security. I would definitely come back and stay here again!!!

					1/  L'équipe (accueuil, menage) est charmante et  disponible .

2/ Le logement est conforme description  photos : trés propre, trés bien équipé .

3 / Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le roof top  trop de pluies .

4 / Se situe à 80 m à pied de la plus belle plage (privée)  de l'ile . Dommage que l'on ne voit pas la mer du logement mais que des bâtiments et une route passante et bruyante.

5 / La piscine commune est propre, aux bonnes dimensions et chaude . 

6/ Grande Baie est trés proche (voiture indispensable) . Bonne localisation : compromis  résidentiel commerces , mais attention pas bord de plage. 

7/ Qualité/Prix : Convient parfaitement à 2 couples , nous n'étions qu'un couple . Maurice c'est globalement 3/4  d un prix europeen pour les touristes biensûr .  

8/ Avons vecu là expérience extra-ordinaire (/26 pays)  : journée en hors bord privé 9h-16h le long du lagon, plongée en mangrove, bbq sur ilot : Sexy boy 16 KRS= 320€ Bain boeuf. A ne pas louper.

					What absolutely stands out in this place is the pool. It’s stunning. Accommodation provides great comfort, bedrooms are spacious and private. We had guests in the garden every night - Mauritian flying fox. Gorgeous creatures. Deborah was always online and ready to help with everything. Virginia kept the place clean on a daily basis. We travelled around the island a bit and found the nearby beach the best for us.

					For et fantastisk opphold. Alt var perfekt. Nydelige Brinda som gjorde rent 3 dager i uken. Herlige Deborah som var på hele tiden. Passet på alt for oss. Leiligheten var en drøm. Terrasse som vi spiste frokost på rett utenfor stuen hver dag. Fantastisk takterrasse på taket med utrolig utsikt. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte. Gode senger og gode bad. Tusen takk til James for at vi fikk bo i din leilighet. Lei bil og oppdag Mauritius. Hvis ikke er alt rundt deg. Strand, butikker og restauranter. Vi bodde her i 4 uker og kunne blitt her mye lenger. Kommer tilbake James, Brinda og Deborah. Tusen takk❤️

					Nous avons adoré séjourner dans la maison. Celle-ci a été conçue de manière harmonieuse et extrêmement bien agencée. Ultra lumineuse, la maison est idéalement située comme le mentionne la description (commerces à 2 min en voiture). Tout était parfait et fidèle aux photos.



Nous tenions à remercier James et Déborah pour leurs conseils, la gestion de notre arrivée, leur accueil ainsi que leur disponibilité à chacun sur place. La qualité des services proposés est incroyable et est un réel "plus".



Déborah est une personne formidable ! Tout au long de notre séjour, elle nous a conseillé sur les activités, les restaurants ainsi que les divers lieux à visiter. De plus, elle a toujours été à l'écoute et su à satisfaire nos attentes, et ce à tout moment de la journée. 



Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! De notre côté, ce qui est certain, c'est que nous y retournerons.

					Great host with an extremely quick response time. Felt like home. The place was pretty clean and came with a home cleaning service daily so that stood out. I would probably tell them the times you want this service to not be surprised by  someone cleaning the place while you sleep in the room next door. Aside from that James was very accomodating and allowed us to check in a bit early which helped with our long flight coming in. The pool was very clean but the sofa and pool chairs were a bit stained which didn't make it feel "5 star". Otherwise, the home felt even bigger in person (way better than photos with lots of greenery) we were 3 so the home felt too big which is rare hahaha. The location was ok. I just wish this were on the beach. being in a gated community made it feel private and secure. Very close to a major part of the north making it easy to move around. I would definitely book this home again and recommend it if you're going to be a big group.

					Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment von James verbracht. Die erste Feststellung war: Es existiert zwar eine private Dachterrasse, diese ist aber NUR über das öffentliche Treppenhaus erreichbar. Ich dachte, dass diese direkt von der Wohnung zugänglich ist. Wir konnten sie daher nicht nutzen.

Leider muss ich auch sagen, dass das Apartment nicht ganz den veröffentlichten Bildern entsprochen hat. 

Viele Möbelstücke sind schon sehr beschädigt: an den Betten blättert die Beschichtung (gefährlich für Kinder), Stühle sind sehr verschmutzt, Spüle ist rostig, Wasserschlauch im Bad tropft.

Außerdem roch es aus den Küchenschränken schimmelig und es gab Ameisen in Küche+Bad.

Einige abgebildete Gegenstände waren nicht vorhanden: Soda-Stream, Weinkühlschrank (beides nicht schlimm, nur eben nicht da) und Gewürze. Letztere wurden von Jeremie, der sowohl den Check-in also auch den Check-out und Aufenthalt betreut hat, nachgereicht. 

Er war freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Preis-Leistung leider schlecht.

					Accueilde Jérémie chaleureu et pleins de bienveillance. La villa est superbe, très grande et très fonctionnelle. 



Le logement est bien placé, sécurisé et facilement accessible.

					We had a lovely time at James Simon’s listing. The place was cozy, well kept, clean (the nice cleaning lady would come over every other day), and in the perfect neighborhood for a lovely vacation in Mauritius — 10/15 min walk to the gorgeous Pereybere beach. Everything on our stay was great! The only downside of the apartment would be the lack of window screens.
